The artist presents works shaped by fragments of personal thought and lived experience, engaging with human concerns and sharing them with the viewer. By addressing the realities of the geography she inhabits, the dialectics of human nature and life, existential questions, identity crises, and the search for self—sometimes through social issues, sometimes through personal ones—she opens up spaces for reflection, emotional resonance, connection, and identification.
Although the artist works with various materials, her primary medium is clay, which she finds the greatest pleasure in working with. The backbone of her practice consists of forms produced in a range of textures and colors using stoneware, plastic clay, casting clay, or porcelain. Materials such as wood, glass, plexiglass, and metal function as supporting elements within her works.
